You might as well make it all 1 layer there by merging it down, Layer > Merge Layer



Cool. Now.. do it again for the blue shapes (But instead, this time.. use #BCC9E7 instead of the grey.

Once you've made one.. You can duplicate it using Layer > Duplicate Layer



Now let's add our text. I believe that font is Arial, Bold in size 14. The "Home" is #333333 and the rest are #003399



Ok. Now, that bit is done. Let's make the last bit, where the search box is.

Grab your rounded rectangle tool once again, and make a wide ractangle on a new layer, with the color #D5D5D5



Now we can add a small gradient to that by holding CTRL and clicking on it, setting our foreground to #ffffff (White)and then selecting our gradient tool.

If you click the gradient box at the top then, it will give you the option to use "Foreground to Transparent".

Set it's opacity to 50%, and then drag from the bottom of that box.. upto the top ofit.



For the search box, you can use the rectangular marquee tool, fixed sizes. The width being 213px, and the height being 13px. On a new layer.. fill it White.. and then go into your blending options, and add an inner stroke.. 1px #999999



Which will give you...



The button is nothing special, because it's just a regular button.. so that can juts go straight in.



The upload button is pretty simple. Make a new Layer, and with your Rounded Rerctangle Tool.. make a small shape (color doesn't matter)



Edit the blending options, but this time.. and set them to the following..





Finally add the Upload text, which is Arial size 12pt in #994800 And you've done! Very similiar, if i do say so myself.
